Pet ID
privacy notice.

Pawblefy Pet ID connects a collar’s link to the contact details you provide. Here’s what that means for your information.

What you share

Registration asks for your dog’s name, your name, email address and phone number. We use your email to confirm registration and to help with changes or support. We also keep information needed to connect your profile to its collar and handle registration and updates.

What a finder can see

After activation, your dog’s name, your name, email and phone are publicly visible at your collar’s link. Anyone with that link can view or share it, even without physically holding the collar. A finder does not need an account.

Please provide only the details you are comfortable sharing publicly. We don’t ask for your home address or live location in the registration form.

How the service uses your information

Your information lets us display the Pet ID page, send confirmation and update emails, maintain the service and respond to support requests. The hosting, database and email services used by Pawblefy process information needed to provide these functions.

Registering a collar is not a request to receive marketing emails. The Pet ID pages do not include advertising pixels or session replay.

Contact updates and removal

Email hello@pawblefy.com to request a correction, disable a collar’s public page, or request removal of your personal details. Please write from your registered email when possible. We may ask for information to verify that you are authorized to make the change.

A private update link can let its recipient change your profile. Do not forward it. If you think it has been shared, contact our team.

A note about public links

We ask search engines not to index individual Pet ID pages, but this does not make the information private or stop someone from copying it. Removing information from the service cannot retrieve copies another person has already saved.
