PAWBLEFY PET ID SUPPORT

A little help
from the pack.

For setup questions, fresh contact details and everything in between.

Let’s get you sorted.

Email us from the address you used to register your collar.

How do I update my contact details?

Email our team and tell us what you’d like to change. After checking your registration, we can send a private update link or help update the record for you.

There’s no owner dashboard or password to remember. Keep any private update link to yourself.

My phone isn’t opening the tag.

Wake your phone and hold its NFC reading area close to the Pawblefy tag for a moment. On many iPhones, this is near the top of the phone. On Android, check that NFC is turned on.

Move away from metal hardware and try without a thick case. Open the link notification when it appears. An internet connection is needed to view the page. If your collar has a QR code, you can scan that instead.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered your address correctly. If the message hasn’t arrived, open your collar’s link again and try registering with the correct details.

If you’re still stuck, email our team. Your profile won’t be public until registration is confirmed.

My new collar already shows someone else’s details.

Please contact us before trying to use the collar. Include your order information and a photo of the collar in your email so our team can investigate. A public tag link alone is not proof of ownership.

I lost a collar or need to transfer it.

Contact our team for help disabling that collar’s public page or arranging a verified transfer. If your dog is missing while wearing the collar, keep their Pet ID active so a finder can contact you.

Does Pet ID track my dog’s location?

No. Pawblefy Pet ID shows the contact information you choose to share when someone opens your collar’s link. It does not provide GPS or live location tracking.

Who can see my details?

Anyone who taps your collar or opens a copy of its link can see your dog’s name, your name, email and phone. Read the Pet ID privacy notice for more information.
